Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
What To Expect
You will be welcomed by a friendly office staff, who will complete your registration. To assist in providing safe and comprehensive healthcare, please bring a list of all your medications and any reports that you would like to share. We will review this information together and build a healthcare plan specific to your needs. During each appointment, I encourage conversation and will do my best to answer all of your questions.
