When the office is closed, an answering service is available for any messages or you can go to our website at www.dearbornsurgical.com. As always, with any life threatening situation, please do not hesitate to go to the nearest emergency room.
Office Policies
Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
What To Expect
Patients should bring any and all current medical insurance cards, any tests/reports and films (i.e. x-rays, ultrasounds, CAT scans, MRI's, MRA's, arteriograms, mammograms, etc) and any lists of current medication. If you are a new patient, please be prepared to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. Patients may experience a wait time due to the unpredictability of the doctor's field. Sometimes the doctor may have to leave during office hours for an emergency. Our surgeons are in high demand due to their expertise and any wait time is to be expected.
