After Hours Instructions

For a routine question, you can call the office and leave message on the answering machine or email me and I will get back to you the next business day. For any urgent questions or problems I am available 24/7 and can be reached through hospital operator (313-593-7000). As always, with any life threatening situation, please do not hesitate to go to the nearest emergency room.

Office Policies

We accept cash, check, and credit card for your convenience. If you are a new patient, we collect any copays at the time of service. Current patients are expected to pay any copays and/or balances at the time of service.

What To Expect

Patients should bring any and all current medical insurance cards, any tests/reports and films (i.e. x-rays, ultrasounds, CAT scans, MRI's, MRA's, arteriograms, mammograms, etc) and a list of current medications. If you are a new patient, please be prepared to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. Sometimes the doctor may have to leave during office hours for a surgical emergency.
