If it is a true emergency, please proceed to the closest emergency room. If you are pregnant and you think you are in labor, please proceed to labor and delivery. If you are currently a patient of ours and you need to speak to the doctor on call regarding an urgent matter, please call the answering service at (248) 524-3160.
Office Policies
Office visits and copays are collected at the time of your visit. Check or cash only. We participate with numerous insurance companies, each company has different covered benefits for each individual policy. It is your responsibility to know the covered benefits and copays of your policy.
What To Expect
Please arrive on time, late arrivals could be rescheduled. Bring your insurance card, driver's license and your completed new patient forms. Also bring any reports or test results from your referring physician.
