If this is a true emergency, proceed to the closest emergency room. If you are pregnant and you think you are in labor, please proceed to labor and delivery. If you are currently a patient of ours, and you wish to speak to the physician on call regarding an urgent matter, please call the answering service at (248) 743-0113
Office Policies
Office visits and copays are collected at time of service. Cash and check only. We participate with numerous insurance companies, each company has different covered benefits, it is the patients responsibility to know the covered benefits and copays of their policy.
What To Expect
Please bring new patient forms completed as well as your insurance card and driver's license. Please bring any records or reports from referring physician.
