After Hours Instructions
Our office is available Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 8PM and on Friday from 8AM to 5PM. On Saturday, we are open from 8AM to 4PM. Also, we have an after hours clinic in the Southgate building that is available for certain insurances. In addition, one doctor is always available for urgent calls at 1-888-657-6417.
Office Policies
Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
What To Expect
Please bring as much information as you can including immunization records, medical records you may have and a list of current medications.
