For routine calls, please leave a message on the office answering machine during after hours. For emergencies, please call the voice messaging system at (248) 910 3465. Please leave a text or voice message and Dr. Bui or Dr. Khraizat will return your call. Please note that this system will only be monitored after business hours (5pm-9am and on weekends).

Please bring your driver's license and insurance card. If transferring care from another physician's office, please bring copies of your medical records.
