    What To Expect

    Medical records are requested for review prior to your visit. You will meet with Dr. Hayes to go over your medical history and previous treatment. You will have a physical examination. You will then meet with a Registered Nurse to schedule further testing. At time of visit bring all related insurance information, drivers license/or picture identification. If you have an HMO, a referral with authorization is required.

    Fertility Options

    It can happen on the first try, it can happen completely by accident or it can even happen exactly as planned. For some women, however, pregnancy and motherhood come at the end of a much longer and more arduous journey. An estimated 10 - 20% of couples will have trouble conceiving even after a year of trying and Dr. Maria Hayes is in the business of helping these couples find their way to parenthood. She is an Oakwood-affiliated physician who specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility with offices in Dearborn and Clinton Township.
