Office hours are 9-5. After hours voice mail is available to leave messages which are answered the next business day. If you need attention then proceed to the ER for evaluation and I will be contacted by the ER staff.
Most insurances are accepted. Copays are to be paid at the time service is rendered
The day of your first visit you should expect to fill out a complete history form. Bring your medication with you and the results of any recent testing. You will have a full neurologic exam. Expect to be here at least 1-1 1/2 hours.
