    After Hours Instructions

    We have hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Tuesdays and Fridays, we work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on some Saturdays every month, we are in the office from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. After hours, patients can contact us on our pager # 734 504 0377.

    Office Policies

    Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
