Our office is dedicated to making the healthcare process as quick and easy as possible. To help us accomplish this, please be sure to fill out your new patient form prior to your appointment. Payment for insurance co-pays and deductibles are expected at the time of care. For your convenience, cash, check and credit card are all accepted.

What To Expect

All new patients receive a comprehensive physical exam, including a thorough review of medications and medical problems, balance and memory assessments and other routine health checks. For this reason, we ask that patients are prepared to devote at least two hours for this visit. Other routine check-ups will be shorter.
