Patients should call the answering service at (313) 396-0730 after hours for urgent matters only. Dr. Goswami can be reached by calling this number 24 hrs.
Office Policies
Billing your insurance is done as a courtesy. If for any reason your insurance does not pay for the services provided, the patient is responsible for the charges. All co-pays and services not covered by insurance are to be paid for on the day of service. We accept cash, credit card and personal checks.
What To Expect
Patient must bring insurance information and a picture I.D. with them. Minors can only be seen when accompanied by a parent or an adult, with a letter of authorization to treat from a parent or legal guardian.
