Office Policies
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including, VISA, MC, Discover. Co-pays are expected at the time of service. Please have your insurance card available and notify the front desk if there has been a change since your last visit.
What To Expect
A visit may last between fifteen to forty minutes depending on the needs of the patient. You should take all of your medications on the day of your visit except ear preparations.
