Testing for Sleep Apnea
If you have symptoms of sleep apnea, you may need to participate in an overnight sleep study, called Polysomnography, to confirm the diagnosis. Typically this involves spending the night in a sleep center. Wires and monitoring devices will be attached to your chest and face. Not to worry though, almost everyone can fall asleep without difficulty.
Take a short self test to help determine if you are at risk for sleep apnea.
