After Hours Instructions
Call (734) 762-3600 after office hours and answering service will pick up the call. For emergencies use Oakwood Annapolis or Oakwood Dearborn Hospitals. For illnesses that can not wait try next office day or use child/teen after hours Urgent Care at (313) 561-4690.
Office Policies
Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
What To Expect
You will be welcomed by a friendly office staff, who will complete your registration. To assist in providing safe and comprehensive healthcare, please bring a list of all your medications and any reports that you would like to share. We will review this information together and build a healthcare plan specific to your needs. During each appointment, I encourage conversation and will do my best to answer all of your questions.
