Since we performed Michigan's first in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure in 1983, we have strived to provide up to date infertility and gynecologic endocrinology services to our patients. Michigan Comprehensive Fertility Center offers all infertility treatment options. Our medical and nursing staff educates and clinically informs our patients so that they may make informed choices concerning their treatment. Our primary goal is to provide solutions to medical problems in the most supportive and sensitive fashion possible.

    Co-pays are collected at time of service by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Financing is available.

    What To Expect

    Medical records are requested for review prior to your visit. You will meet with Dr. Magyar to go over your medical history and previous treatment. You will have a physical examination. You will then meet with a Registered Nurse to schedule further testing or treatment At the time of your visit bring all related insurance information, drivers license/or picture identification. If you have an HMO a referral with authorization is required.


    The success of fertility treatments has resulted in an increase in multiple births. With the recent birth of octuplets to a single mother with six children, the medical community faces a number of ethical questions. Oakwood fertility expert Dr. David Magyar weighs in.
