When the office is closed, leave a message and someone will get back with you first thing in the morning. If it is an emergency call 911 or go to the emergency room.

Co-payments are due at time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, check and cash.
What To Expect
When coming to the office as a new patient, please make sure to have your driver's license, insurance card(s)/and or claim number and adjusters name and phone number. Also bring in any recent reports such as x-ray, MRI, EMG, etc.
