During the initial visit we will obtain an extensive history including some written materials in the office to help us get a better picture of your problem. With that in hand, we will perform a complete physical exam that enables us to identify some solutions to your problem. Then, in conjunction with your caregivers and family we review which solution will work best for you at this time.
