After Hours Instructions
Office Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm by Appointments. Please call the clinic with any questions, concerns, or to make an appointment. After hours, patients should call the clinic and will be advised on how to reach the doctor.
Office Policies
We accept most commercial insurance companies as well as MI Medicaid. Please call the office if your insurance is not listed and speak to one of the receptionists or the billing department. If your insurance has a co-pay or deductible, payment is due when services are rendered.
What To Expect
Parents should be prepared to give a full medical history about their child. This includes any prior surgeries, recurring illnesses, drug allergies and the type of reaction that occurs when this medication is taken, a list of current medication, and a list of doctors and specialist that have treated their child.
