I have always struggled with weight loss, mostly because I wasn't doing it correctly. Going through this program has taught me to look at labels and to pay attention to the kinds of foods I was eating, and to be mindful as to the reason I was eating. This is a wonderful program with wonderful support and information. -- Sue I have reactivated my “NO” power. The program has helped me take a closer look at what I eat, when, where, and why. I have lost almost ten inches around my waist. I was going to buy a new suit for an occasion coming up and found a beautiful suit that has been hanging my closet for - who knows how many years.
