When the office is closed, an answering service is available for any messages or messages can be left online at our website: www.dearbornsurgical.com for the doctor. As always, with any life threatening situation, please do not hesitate to go to the nearest Emergency Room.
Office Policies
We accept cash, check, and credit card for your convenience. If you are a new patient, we collect any copays at the time of service. Current patients are expected to pay any copays and/or balances at the time of service.
What To Expect
Patients should bring any and all current medical insurance cards, any tests/reports and films (i.e. x-rays, CAT scans, MRI's, MRA's, arteriograms, mammograms, etc.) relating to the visit with the surgeon, and any lists of current medications. If you are a new patient, please be prepared to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. Patients may experience a wait time due to the unpredictability of the doctor's field. Sometimes the doctor may have to leave during office hours for an emergency. Our surgeons are in high demand due to their expertise and any wait time is to be expected.
