Payments, including co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and self-pay, are expected at time of service. For your convenience, cash, checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
What To Expect
To focus on a current concern or preventative health. I will listen and work with you to address the cause of the concern. For those that have multiple medical concerns, I recommend frequent followups so we can allow each concern its proper evaluation.
