Office hours until 8 pm. After hours, call office for 24 hour answering service and physician coverage.
Office Policies
Cash, checks and major credit cards are all accepted. Copays and office visit charges not covered by insurance are expected to be paid at the time of the visit.
What To Expect
Bring all pertinent medical history (names of medications, allergies,etc.). Family members are always welcome, but the first medical history review with Dr. Alaiwat will be in private.
