I have been a RN since 1977. I have worked in a variety of settings with Oakwood. I have been in staff nurse and management positions in the ICU/CCU at Oakwood Southshore, Industrial Medicine, Case Management and now Nurse Recruitment. My career at Oakwood has allowed me to meet many wonderful people and develop long lasting friendships. When not at work I love to travel, garden, and of course spend time with my family and friends. In 2012 I decided to expand my career further and am happy to have been accepted on the Nurse Recruiting Team. I take pride in hiring dedicated, quality nurses, representative of Oakwood's standards. It is a diverse family-orientated organization I consider to be my home away from home. When not working I enjoy reading, dancing and gardening. I’ve had the pleasure of holding a variety of positions prior to beginning my amazing career here at Oakwood. Some include Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse, Nurse Manager and Nurse Educator.
